Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care per treatment plans and physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients/families on health management
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN license (or eligible)
- ADN or BSN from accredited program
- BLS/CPR certification required
- New graduates and recent licensees encouraged
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
