Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient assessments and care plans in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
- Active Illinois RN license or eligibility (required)
- Recent nursing graduates or nurses with less than 1 year of experience (encouraged to apply)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
