Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including restorative and surgical cases
- Manage digital radiography systems and intraoral imaging with precision
- Implement OSHA-compliant sterilization protocols and infection control measures
- Coordinate patient flow and maintain efficient operatory turnover
- Assist with patient education and treatment plan presentations
- Manage inventory ordering and supply chain optimization
- Support digital charting using Eaglesoft practice management software
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska Dental Assistant certification or DANB credentials
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital radiography and CBCT imaging
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Exceptional chairside communication and patient rapport skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with dental practice management software
