Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate direct patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Document patient data accurately and maintain detailed, up-to-date medical records.

- Adhere to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or a compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
