Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care plans including medication management, mobility assistance, and emotional support
- Monitor vital signs and health conditions, documenting all observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities: meal preparation, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements using company vehicles
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience with verifiable references
- Current Alaska CNA certification or equivalent medical credentials
- Valid Alaska driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates preferred
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
