Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in advanced clinical settings including ICU, ER, and specialized units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate electronic health records while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state with rapid licensure support
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in acute care specialty (ICU/ER preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications (CCRN, TNCC, etc.)
- BSN or higher degree from accredited institution
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments with optional extensions
