Qualifications
- DC Home Health Aide certification (HHA) or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Physical ability to assist with transfers and lifting
- Reliable transportation to client locations
