Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility issues, including walking, transferring, and positioning patients safely.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team immediately.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to ensure a high quality of life for patients.
- Administer medication reminders as directed by the supervising nurse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Completion of Home Health Aide training or willingness to undergo our paid training program.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (we can assist with obtaining this).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
