Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain clean living environments
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Home Health Aide certification required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Clear background check and negative TB test
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience with diverse populations
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual candidates encouraged)
