Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Telemetry units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Document patient assessments and interventions using electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio or compact state
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required for ICU/ER)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to new environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
