Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Assist in emergency situations with swift, evidence-based interventions
- Participate in shift handovers and team huddles for continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oregon (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required; TNCC preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems
- Flexibility for 12-hour shifts and variable schedules
- Strong computer literacy for EMR documentation
- Positive references from previous employers
