Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor for changes in health status.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Document daily activities and report any concerns to the nursing team.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve quality of life.
Qualifications
- Current Kentucky CNA or HHA certification (or willing to obtain).
- At least 1 year of experience in home health or personal care preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
