Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures
- Manage digital imaging and radiography systems
- Oversee sterilization protocols and infection control
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Coordinate patient flow and scheduling
- Maintain accurate dental records and documentation
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA required
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Advanced knowledge of dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with digital radiography and CAD/CAM
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Texas dental radiology license preferred
