Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Digital radiography and intraoral imaging management
- Sterilization protocol oversight and inventory control
- Patient education on oral hygiene and treatment procedures
- Dental charting using Eaglesoft practice management software
- Coordination of surgical procedures including implant placements
- New hire training and mentorship of junior assistants
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (DANB/CDA)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in cosmetic dentistry
- Proficiency in digital imaging and CAD/CAM workflows
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols
- Exceptional communication and patient rapport skills
- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software
- Ability to manage multiple procedures simultaneously
