Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures including implants and orthodontics
- Implementing infection control protocols and sterilization procedures
- Managing digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Overseeing assistant team workflow and training new staff
- Patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Inventory management and supply ordering for 6-operatories
- Coordination with lab technicians for crown/bridge cases
Qualifications
- CDA/RDA certification required (California Board of Dental)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft practice management software
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with Dexis digital radiography
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Spanish bilingual preferred
