Responsibilities
- Assist in complex restorative procedures including implants and veneers
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant operatory protocols
- Train and mentor junior dental assistants
- Coordinate treatment plans with hygienists and dentists
- Implement infection control standards across all operatories
- Manage inventory ordering for dental supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Active California RDA license or DANB certification
- Minimum 3 years experience in cosmetic/restorative dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft and Dexis imaging software
- CPR/BLS certification with current credentials
- Exceptional chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA and dental privacy regulations
