Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vitals, and medical history documentation accurately.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and minor medical procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment according to strict protocols.
- Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle incoming calls professionally.
- Administer medications and injections under the direct supervision of a provider.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1+ year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
