Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Schedule patient appointments via phone and online systems, ensuring optimal provider utilization.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or deductibles accurately.
- Answer incoming calls, screen queries, and redirect them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage incoming mail and distribute it to the correct departments promptly.

Qualifications
