Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision
- Assist nurses with clinical procedures and medication administration
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following OSHA standards
- Serve as primary communication liaison between patients and healthcare team
- Implement individualized care plans with attention to patient dignity

Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification
- Minimum 6 months hospital experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
