Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications using provided automated dispensing systems
- Operate pharmacy equipment including barcode scanners, compounding tools, and inventory management software
- Verify prescription details and patient information with pharmacists
- Manage inventory using provided electronic tracking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare team using provided telehealth platforms
Qualifications
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license or certification
- 6+ months pharmacy experience with automated equipment
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Rx30)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume settings
- Ability to work standing for extended periods using provided ergonomic equipment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
