Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately using our provided digital systems
- Manage automated inventory with our provided barcode scanners
- Utilize our supplied pill counting technology for precise medication preparation
- Process insurance claims using our integrated pharmacy software
- Maintain sterile environments with our provided PPE and sterilization equipment
- Train on new pharmacy technologies as we upgrade our equipment
- Collaborate with pharmacists using our provided communication systems
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification (WI license required)
- Minimum 1 year retail or hospital pharmacy experience
- Proficiency with pharmacy dispensing software (training provided on our systems)
- Strong attention to detail and medication safety knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (we provide ergonomic stools)
- Basic computer literacy (we provide all necessary hardware)
