- Customer Assistance: Interact with patients to answer questions regarding prescriptions, insurance, and health products.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage incoming shipments, and ensure the pharmacy is fully stocked and organized.
- Data Entry: Input prescription information into the pharmacy management system with high precision and efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and safety protocols at all times.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal and cleanliness of the pharmacy floor.
- Special Projects: Support the pharmacy team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
