Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and specimen collection with precision
- Process and label specimens according to CLIA standards
- Maintain sterile equipment and infection control protocols
- Verify patient identity and document procedures accurately

- Collaborate with laboratory and clinical teams

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in venipuncture
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and CAP regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Negative TB test and background check clearance
