Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections following OSHA and CLIA guidelines
- Process and transport specimens to laboratory facilities with proper documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation
- Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols in all procedures
- Provide patient education and emotional support during blood draws
- Collaborate with medical team on specimen collection optimization

Qualifications
