Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care plans for seniors with complex medical needs
- Assist with daily living activities including mobility support and medication management
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for seamless care transitions
- Maintain a safe, stimulating home environment tailored to client preferences
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification and state-mandated credentials
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Experience with dementia care and memory-impaired clients preferred
