Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary blood draws with precision and minimal patient discomfort.
- Greet patients warmly, explain procedures clearly, and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Properly label, process, and transport blood specimens to the laboratory for analysis.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and HIPAA regulations.
- Manage patient records accurately and update medical histories as required.
- Assist with other clinical duties and front desk operations when needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Completion of a certified Phlebotomy training program is preferred, but we offer Paid Training for qualified candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Clean background check and drug screen required.
