Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and surgical services
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to optimize recovery outcomes
- Lead emergency response protocols and critical situation interventions

Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- BSN or Associate degree in Nursing with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required); specialty certifications preferred
- Proven expertise in patient assessment and critical care protocols
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Strong documentation proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
