Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge planning
- Maintain detailed electronic health records ensuring HIPAA compliance

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS certification highly desirable
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment abilities
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience preferred)
