Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in acute/critical settings
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Implement patient education and discharge planning
- Respond to emergent situations with clinical precision
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN preferred, ADN required with 2+ years acute care
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Experience in telemetry/ICU/ER setting
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
