Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care based on the nursing process and hospital standards.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs, medical history, and symptoms accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and nursing protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care services in medical records and reports in a timely and thorough manner.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (New graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital environment.
