Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in our Med-Surg/ICU units during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using advanced EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Precept new nurses and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license (or compact license with WI residency)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (TNCC preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (night shift experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
