Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient assessment and care coordination via telehealth platforms
- Administer medications and treatment protocols remotely with electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required

- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with chronic disease management preferred
