Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Provide patient education and discharge instructions to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and outcomes.
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring and triage.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially for remote roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
