Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document vital signs accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and intervene promptly to address any changes in condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment to prevent infection and ensure safety.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient advocacy.
- Computer proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
