Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual patient assessments and care via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress using electronic health records
- Provide education and support to patients and families on health management
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and coordinate care with local providers
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and empathy abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in med-surg, telemetry, or emergency care
