Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and monitor patient health status.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient care plans, symptoms, progress, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (Associate or Bachelor’s degree).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain.
