Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and timely using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, strictly adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple facilities and adapt to various nursing units.
