Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess health conditions to ensure optimal care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in strict accordance with protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment progress accurately in EHR systems.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, and recovery.
- Respond to medical emergencies and perform triage assessments effectively.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
