Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to healthcare protocols.
- Document patient care activities, medical histories, and response to treatments accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, care plans, and wellness strategies.

Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
- Computer proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
