Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care, long-term, or specialty settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EHR systems
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and JCAHO regulations
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and self-care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (compact license preferred)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred for critical care roles
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
