Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with state regulations.
- Monitor vital signs and patient progress, documenting all findings accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the wider healthcare team.
- Provide patient education and support to families and caregivers.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
