Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient and family education
Qualifications
- Active NC RN license (or compact license)
- BSN or Associate's degree with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
