Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including companionship, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor health status and document care notes via our secure remote portal
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members
- Maintain clean and safe home environments
- Complete training modules and certifications remotely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Comfortable with technology for remote documentation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
