Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including companionship, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team via remote portals
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers through virtual communication tools
- Maintain accurate care documentation using our digital health platform
- Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Implement customized care plans with remote oversight from supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with telehealth communication tools (Zoom, secure messaging)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
