Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, medication reminders)
- Monitor client health status and document care notes via our secure telehealth platform
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers through virtual channels
- Transport clients to appointments and community events (mileage reimbursed)

Qualifications
