Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to clinical teams via our remote portal
- Assist with mobility support, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Coordinate care schedules through our digital platform while maintaining client confidentiality
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Document care activities using our HIPAA-compliant telehealth system
Qualifications
- Active Virginia HHA certification and valid CPR/First Aid credentials
- Minimum 1 year professional home care experience
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Virginia Beach
- Proficiency with telehealth apps and remote scheduling tools
- Strong communication skills for virtual client/family interactions
- Flexibility to work hybrid schedules with 2 remote days weekly
- Background clearance and TB screening required
