Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and light exercises to maintain patient health.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health changes accurately.
- Administer medication as directed by the supervising nurse or physician.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve patient well-being.
- Maintain accurate daily care logs and documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in home care or a related healthcare field preferred.
