Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual patient assessments and prioritize care urgency
- Delicate accurate clinical advice via phone/video consultations
- Coordinate seamless transitions between care settings
- Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Implement evidence-based triage protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Minimum 3 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- BSN or higher preferred
