Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescription orders through our digital pharmacy platform
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure medication safety and regulatory compliance
- Provide exceptional remote customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain precise medication inventory records and ordering systems
- Support telehealth consultations with medication therapy management
- Document patient interactions and prescription data in HIPAA-compliant systems
- Participate in continuous training on pharmacy regulations and new technologies
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of pharmacy laws and DEA regulations
