Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and verify prescription medications using our secure digital platform
- Provide exceptional customer service via telehealth channels for Richmond-based patients
- Maintain precise electronic health records and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure optimal patient outcomes and medication safety
- Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries efficiently

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician certification in Virginia (PTCB or ExCPT)
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience with telepharmacy exposure preferred
